Join me, Audrey, for a weekly Thursday Vinyasa Flow designed to build strength, mobility, and ease through steady, mindful movement. This is a flowing practice that links breath to movement, offering both a physical workout and a chance to properly land back in your body.
With 20 years of teaching experience, I guide classes in a way that is grounded, accessible, and responsive. You’ll be offered clear cues, options, and space to adapt the practice to suit how you feel on the day. This is not about pushing or perfecting. It’s about moving well, moving honestly, and leaving the mat feeling steadier than when you arrived.
Each week, the flow changes. Practices are shaped to reflect the seasonal shift or the energy of the collective week, allowing the class to respond to what is unfolding rather than repeating the same sequence on a loop. This keeps the practice fresh, supportive, and in rhythm with real life, both on and off the mat.
Practicing at home means no travel, no rushing, and no comparison. You can roll out your mat in familiar surroundings, move without self-consciousness, and finish the class without having to immediately transition back into the outside world. That extra time and ease allows the benefits of the practice to settle more fully into your body.
